# Overview

This section holds the application certification requirements located in the [MessageIndicatorFlag](docId\:U3YpXZc7Z7NDOYXDLDVFK) section in the guide.

## R.319

**R.319**: Request messages shall not be responded to after a retraction has been received.

## R.320.1

**R.320.1**: Retractions shall not be sent for requests that have already been responded to with an Approved or Denied status.

## R.321

**R.321**: Receiving systems must be able to identify and correctly interpret the received MessageIndicatorFlag field.

## R.322

**R.322**: The pharmacy application shall send a retraction when they have an outstanding request, for which a response would no longer be accepted.
