Welcome to the Surescripts Record Locator & Exchange (RLE) home page! Your central resource for implementing RLE on the Surescripts Network. RLE lets requesting locations electronically discover where a patient has previously received care and query and retrieve those clinical documents from responding locations across the Surescripts network and the Carequality Interoperability Framework.
