Used to transmit patient allergies and adverse events. A choice of NoKnownAllergies or the Allergies element is required.

NoKnownAllergies - Used to communicate that the patient does not have known allergies.

Allergies - Used to communicate the known allergy or adverse information.

Note: When prescribing a product that the patient also shows an allergy to, the DrugUseEvaluation elements should be included to show prescriber acknowledges the conflict.
