Canceling a Prior Authorization

the cancel prior authorization feature, which is accessed from the options menu, is available for prior authorizations that have had a case id assigned by the pbm/payer this includes open question sets that have not been completed by the prescriber, or requests in which a pbm/payer has not yet responded with an approved, denied, or closed response note when cancel prior authorization is clicked, a pacancelrequest message is generated
